Speaking of Cherokee galleries, there’s a couple openings this Friday, March 14, which caught my eye.
At Fort Gondo, Obscure Postcards focuses on urban formation, urban decay, and the built environment through images from around the world by local photographers Brett Beckemeyer and Alan Palmer.
In another photography show at Snowflake, Cary Horton “examines odd juxtapositions of context, objects, fact, fantasy, architectural and organic elements through a series of photographs that plays with traditional film techniques.” [via Gallery Openings in St. Louis]
