Opening Reception for 3-Way from Art Coop
7PM - 11PM at Art Coop’s new location in the Central West End
4515 Olive, 2 blocks east of Euclid & Washington on the left

3-Way will feature 40 artists and music from Chrome 242 , DJ Nero, and other musicians. This event is free and open to the public. Art will be shown at 4515 Olive, 4519 Olive, and 462 North Taylor. I believe I will be in the Taylor building, but this is yet to be confirmed. The exhibit will also be open Saturday and Sunday from noon - 5PM.

Art Attack
The South Broadway Athletic Club , 2301 South 7th Street

I am thrilled to be one of the 32 artist’s participating in Art Attack, from KDHX and SCOSAG! Art Attack is an Arts and Music based fundraiser and exciting party:
“When Rock n Roll meets an art exhibition crossed with the Final Four.” The event’s goal is to unite art and music lovers from St Louis, support awesome independent community radio and unique grassroots art
education, and create some healthy competition.

Paintings are placed in a bracketed tournament similar to the Final Four. Based on audience applause and a decibel reader, each winning painting will advance to the next round, while the other faces the “Wheel of Destruction”. Paintings can be saved from destruction by bids from the
audience. Imagine the excitement! Gritty and Live Rock n Roll between rounds! And the winning artist will receive a cash prize of $1,000.

About SCOSAG: It is the Mission of The South City Open Studio and Gallery to provide a safe and educational environment for children to explore the Arts and also to strengthen the ties within the St. Louis neighborhood, its families, and its youth.
